We stayed at Johnnies RV park in Foley Alabama just a few miles to the Gulf Coast and other areas of interest. We had a great time with potlucks, eating out, playing games in the evenings. Daytimes were filled with a variety of things to do: visiting historic sites, the zoo, gator farm, shopping and eating some amazing Cajun food. Watch the videos at the bottom of the page.
We had so much fun on the cruise. Most of the time was spent laughing. A few of us got a bit more water spray the expected. Watch the video at the bottom of this page.
Great seafood and oysters at the Oyster House.
It is always packed. Lamberts is just a fun place to go where they main event is throwing rolls at people to go with their meal. Glad the to see the team can catch.
Experience history as you look out at the ocean. Fort Morgan, famous for its role in the Battle of Mobile Bay. It was here on August 5, 1864, Union Admiral David Farragut ordered his fleet to charge the heavily mined bay.
For those of us that went to Alligator Alley, we took a self-guided tour with a walk to the elevated viewing platform, where you can see alligahlings to mature adults, relaxing, sunbathing, courting and nesting. Make sure and ask them is anyone has ever disappeared in the Sanctuary? They have other kritters, as well.
Nice small Zoo with lots of friskie lemurs and other animals. Lions, and tigers and bears...OH MY!
A surprise on the Dolphin Cruise...
Who knew you could have so much fun playing Card Bingo.
