You will take the first right, as you only have about 1/2 half mile to get to the right lane. You will need to cross 2-3 lanes of merging traffic from I-24. If you are coming from Nashville through Chattanooga on 1-24 East, stay in the right lane when you exit on I-75 south and get in the left lane as you will be turning left almost immediately.
